Shipping & Order

All orders must have a valid Home or Business address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Oversize items and Heavy Weight items, including but not limited to bumper components, body panels, engines, transmissions, require extra shipping charges; please email us for a quote before ordering. Please be specific as to what you want to have shipped and have the complete address to which it will be shipped. These items are necessary to give an accurate quote for shipping costs. If the actual shipping charges are more than what was calculated at checkout, you will be charged the additional shipping charges.

Shipping:

Usually, all orders for in stock items are shipped on the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day. Business days are Monday to Friday and does not include weekends or public holidays. International orders will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed

Discontinued Parts:

Not all discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories are available for immediate shipment. Please call or email to confirm availability on shipping of discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories. There will be no returns or exchanges on discontinued and/or older parts and/or accessories. They are considered “Final Sale

CORE POLICY:

Some parts offered on our site have a "core charge" applied to them. This is a refundable charge that the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old part is returned to us. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning cores to us. Remember all core returns must be assembled, clean, complete with no missing parts, undamaged, and in the original packaging. If you have any questions about core charges please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to answer them.

International Orders

Due to the cost of shipping internationally, the shipping prices calculated at checkout do not apply. You will be charged estimated shipping costs at the time of shipping. Any additional charges incurred will be billed separately. If you order a part that is Oversize, Heavyweight or may have unusually high shipping costs, we will contact you prior to shipping to give you a shipping estimate. At that time, we will ask for written or verbal consent to charge you actual shipping costs. Internationals Buyers are responsible for all costs incurred while shipping the product to their given address. This includes, but is not limited to insurance, import taxes, or duties. International orders will only be shipped to the credit card billing address. There are no exceptions.

Customers ordering from the following countries are permitted to pay for their order either online or over the phone using credit card, Paypal, or wire transfer.
All US Based Territories, Argentina, Australia ,Brazil, Canada, Caribbean Islands, Denmark ,Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Saudia Arabia, Spain, Sweden, and UK
International customers ordering from all other countries must pay over the phone by wire transfer or Paypal only.
 
International Shipping
In order to provide our customers with the safest shipping option, we only ship DHL International to our customers outside of the United States.  We use their international express shipping service exclusively. Their shipping service is fast and professional, and includes tracking and insurance. If you need a quote for international shipping services please contact us. International customers are responsible for any and all taxes, duties, or other additional fees associated with the delivery. We are not able to send international packages marked as a gift, or with any stated value other than the actual invoice value of the package.
